Preemie Posse

Preemie Posse Logo, a program of Hand to HoldA popular way to raise awareness for an important cause is to compete or participate in athletic events on behalf of your favorite charity with your own fundraising page. We encourage individuals and teams to GET ACTIVE in support of Hand to Hold. Hand to Hold athletes are called the “Preemie Posse.” By joining together, people of all levels can reach their fitness goals, have fun, meet new friends—all while raising critical funding and awareness for families of babies born too early, babies with a special health care need and for those experiencing a loss.

  • Walk a 5K with fellow moms in your playgroup
