Why should your child be recognized as “Preemie of the Year”?

Kelsie gives hope to all the other scared parents out there, looking at a preemie birth. She was born at 28 weeks and is absolutely perfect. She has no effects of prematurity. She is the happiest, friendliest, most loved little girl. We have been so blessed and know that others can be blessed as well. Facing a premature birth is very scary, but Kelsie proves that it doesn’t always turn out badly!

Kelsie has the power to make everyone smile. She smiles all the time and when she smiles, you can’t help but smile. I have seen her bring smiles out in even the grumpiest of people!

What advice do you have for future NICU parents?

Make sure you ask lots of questions. Have hope and faith! NEVER give up!
