Changes Coming to Preemie Babies 101!

May 25, 2016

Changes are coming soon here at Preemie Babies 101, and we could not be more excited!

Since it’s inception in 2009, Preemie Babies 101 has come a long way. Transforming from an informative blog run by one dedicated mom to now a collaborative site with over 30 contributors, Preemie Babies 101 will soon be changing once more, but the good news is it will be seamless for you, the reader!

In the coming months, Preemie Babies 101 will become Hand to Hold: NICU Family Voices.

Preemie Babies 101 has been the official blog of Hand to Hold since April of 2012, and we acquired Life After NICU in 2013. Now it’s time to merge the three into a more cohesive existence. Hand to Hold will still be Hand to Hold, and NICU Family Voices will be found right on the Hand to Hold website. You don’t have to do anything but keep coming back for information, inspiration, and insight.

A website redesign is in progress, and we can’t wait until it’s ready!

In the meantime, we will be updating our social media channels to reflect the changes, effective June 1, 2016. Here’s what you will see on our various social channels:

Preemie Babies 101 will become Hand to Hold: NICU Family Voices.

Life After NICU will become Hand to Hold: NICU Family Forum.

The Hand to Hold Twitter handle will change from @ATX_HandtoHold to @NICUHandtoHold. If you currently follow us at @ATX_HandtoHold, there’s nothing new you need to do. You will remain a follower through the name change.

@ATX_HandtoHold

Followers of @PreemieBabies and @LifeAfterNICU will also be encouraged to follow us at @NICUHandtoHold, as that is where we will begin publishing all of our content beginning June 1.

Did you know we are on Pinterest and Instagram? Nothing is changing on either channel, but we’d love to connect with you there too!

Follow us on Pinterest and Instagram!

In all of these cases, the only thing that will change is the look of the pages. We will continue to publish the same great content, information, and inspiration for our NICU families.

Here at Hand to Hold, we are excited about these new changes that will bring all of our communities together as one, allowing us to serve you, our NICU families, the best we can.hand to hold logo
