A safe space for black NICU families to come and connect through the shared experience of a NICU stay, and life after the NICU. In this space, we will discuss the differences of being black in the NICU and the common obstacles we face as black families. We will talk about the micro aggressions we face, advocating for your baby and the on going ups and downs in the NICU.
