Support during
your NICU stay
In partnership with AngelEye Health
The NICU is hard. We’re here to help.
From high-risk pregnancy to the journey to home after the NICU, find the support you need, when you need it.
Through our partnership with AngelEye Health, NICU families can access emotional and peer support directly. Together, we’re making it easier for families to connect with others who understand, and to find hope during one of life’s hardest moments.

Find a Support Group
Join a free virtual support group let by a trained facilitator who understands NICU life.

Request a Peer Mentor
Connect one-on-one with a NICU parent who’s been there.
Joining the support group gave me a true sense of belonging. I connected with others who shared similar experiences, both as a Black parent and as someone navigating the NICU journey. The support and understanding within the group made a meaningful difference in my journey.
Having the support of a peer mentor has meant having someone who truly understands the challenges I’m facing because they’ve been through them too.
Hand to Hold’s support groups and peer mentor program are made possible in part by AngelEye Health.
