Taneisha Stamps is a military spouse and NICU mom who transformed her personal journey into a mission to support other families. When her son was born unexpectedly at 28 weeks, she navigated three months in the NICU while living far from family support, experiencing the unique challenges that military families face during medical crises. After healing from her own postpartum depression and PTSD, Taneisha became passionate about giving back to the NICU community. She now serves as Hand to Hold’s Virtual Support Program Manager, where she helps NICU families access the support they need, particularly understanding the isolation and additional hurdles faced by military families during their NICU journey.Listen & Subscribe
