Virtual Support for NICU Parents

Find support from wherever you are at any stage of your journey through Hand to Hold’s virtual support – which includes virtual support groups, mobile app, podcasts, private Facebook groups and our peer mentor program. All support is provided at no cost to the parents.

Virtual support groups allow NICU parents to access support from a mobile device or a laptop at no cost to the parent.  Whether you are at the hospital, your home, or sitting in your parked car, we welcome you to join us where you are. 98% of parents who have attended Hand to Hold Virtual Support groups would recommend it to a friend.

Our groups are designed to bring NICU parents who are going through similar journeys together.  All groups are led by our trained Family Support Specialists staff team members, each of who has had a NICU experience of their own. Camera on or camera off, we welcome parents in the way they are most comfortable. English and Spanish offerings.

Check out our Virtual Support Group Flyer to print and post in your NICU today. (available in English & Spanish)

If you are a professional, and not a NICU parent, we kindly ask that you please respect the privacy of the families who join our groups by not registering for, and joining, a session. Having professionals in a peer support group changes the dynamics and impact for the parents involved as observers cannot participate from a place of lived experience.
