We received heartfelt nominations from 20+ states for our 2022 NICU Hero Award. More than 5,000 votes were cast!
We presented the 2022 NICU Hero Award at the closing ceremony of our national conference. Our Hero, Kate Higgins from Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, along with her colleagues and Anne Marie Rivard, the NICU parent that nominated Kate, all joined us to celebrate.
Kate was recognized for providing exceptional NICU care for this NICU parent’s family during their stay. Watch the video below to see the special connection.
