Cookies & Milk

When your baby’s in the NICU sometimes it’s the little things that count. A warm cookie and a cold glass of milk is a sign that someone cares. Several times a year, Hand to Hold brings cookies and milk to local NICUs for families. Volunteers deliver not only treats but messages of hope. Whether you like to bake or you just want to pick up a batch from your favorite bakery – your contribution is welcome.

Mother’s and Father’s Day Gatherings

Hand to Hold sponsors special gatherings for parents in the NICU around Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Seasoned NICU parents are invited to attend to connect with parents new to the experience for support and understanding.

Winter Holidays

Tanya in the NICU

Hand to Hold Staff Member Tanya Clay and fellow NICU moms show off their holiday ornaments.

Hand to Hold organizes craft nights in December for families with babies in the NICU.  Families can enjoy meeting one another, refreshments and making precious keepsake ornaments that honors their child. Seasoned NICU parents who would like to attend are invited to volunteer.
