We would like to welcome all of you to FULL TERM NICU BABIES WEEK! This is a special week we have dedicated to those parents who’ve had babies born at 37+ weeks gestation.
There is so much we have planned for this week in order to help everyone understand that we all have something in common – a NICU experience. No matter how early or how late your baby was born, a NICU experience changes everything. Too often parents feel like they have to deal with the emotions alone, but there are so many of us who have experienced similar issues and are here to lend support.
This week you will see special guest posts from Hand to Hold, Papas of Preemies, Peek-a-boo ICU, and a full term NICU mom. We also have several full term birth stories to share, along with free printables and inspirational images, and loads of informative articles.
We are very excited about this week, as we feel it is so important to recognize all those who have gone down the NICU path, and not just those who’ve had preemies.
