Hand to Hold is thrilled to announce that we have been accepted as a 2019 fellow into the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas‘s GroundFloor program. GroundFloor is a mentor-driven social innovation fund and impact accelerator program that invests seed funding and resources to support innovators with social ventures focused on solutions that address challenges facing education, financial stability, and health.

With the support of this program, Hand to Hold will be able to refine our resources and programs to be more sustainable and impactful for our communities.

As a part of the GroundFloor Accelerator class Hand to Hold will have access to:

  • Mentorship
  • Peer learning from other fellows
  • Seed funding
  • Increased visibility
  • Organizational Capacity Assessment Grid (OCAG), designed to help measure the overall capacity of your organization and your organizational growth throughout the program
  • As well as goal setting assistance from the GroundFloor staff and promotional assistance from United Way marketing staff.

We are thrilled to take part in this program and see where this wealth of mentorship and knowledge will take us. Read all about Hand to Hold and the other 2019 Groundfloor fellows here.
